QM-DY2 Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill is a combination of planetary ball mill and cryogenic refrigeration equipment. Most materials will rise due to friction or exothermic reaction in the process of high speed grinding, which may lead to changes in physical and chemical properties of materials and produce negative grinding effect. Low temperature planetary ball mill is mainly used in the grinding process of materials that need to strictly control temperature.
Working principle
QM-DY2 Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill continuously inputs the cold air produced by the air refrigeration system into the planetary ball mill with insulation cover, and these air conditioners absorb and take away the heat generated by the high speed rotating ball mill tank in time, so that the ball mill tank containing materials and grinding balls is always in a certain low temperature environment. The low-temperature planetary ball mill expands the scope of application of the same material due to the realization of low-temperature ball milling, and expands the application range of materials due to the realization of low-temperature ball milling, so that some materials that can not be milled before (qualitative change caused by the increase of temperature, deformation) can be ground.
